I ordered my usual size, but it fit nothing like it did in the photos. It was weirdly tight in some areas and loose in others, so the size guide really didn’t help me at all. When I reached out about it, I kind of felt talked down to, like I just didn’t know how to read the chart. The whole thing was frustrating, especially since returns are such a hassle. I don’t think I’d buy clothes from here again

I thought the quality was fine overall, nothing terrible, but for the price I was expecting a bit more. I bought it after comparing a few options while I was already doing some shopping online, and it just didn’t really feel like the best value once it arrived. It’s okay, but I probably wouldn’t pay that much for it again.

I was excited when this dress arrived because it looked just like the photos and the style is really pretty. I tried it on and thought it would be nice for a casual day out, and the fit was okay too. After actually wearing it and then washing it once, though, I started noticing the material felt kind of cheap and some of the stitching had already started coming loose. So overall, it looked good at first, but the quality wasn’t really there

I ordered from The Freedom State the delivery was solid. I got tracking updates along the way, and the parcel showed up right around when they said it would. Was it maybe a day later than I was secretly hoping for? Sure, but isn’t that kind of how deliveries go sometimes? Everything was packed well and arrived in good condition, so no complaints there. Would I have loved it to be a bit quicker? Of course. But overall, it was a smooth experience with no real issues

Shipping took longer than I figured it would. Not a huge deal, but yeah, it felt like it kind of sat around somewhere for a while before finally showing up

I tried to place an order, but the site kept freezing when I got to the payment part. I had to rebuild my cart twice and, uh, eventually I just gave up. Annoying overall, and not worth the hassle for me.

I felt kind of misled. The return process sounded simple at first, but once I actually had to do it, it was way more annoying than expected. On top of that, the refund took way too long to come through. It gave me that bait-and-switch feeling where everything seems easy until you’re already dealing with the issue

I tried getting in touch with thefreedomstate.com.au about my order it was a bit of a letdown. The replies took ages, and when they did come through, they didn’t really answer what I was asking. Maybe I read the tone wrong, but it kind of felt like they weren’t that interested in helping, which made the whole thing more frustrating. I ended up feeling like I had to keep chasing them just to get basic info. Not really the service I was expecting, and I don’t think I’d be in a hurry to order again.
